Thanksgiving is probably one of my favorite food holidays. But, let’s face it, this year it feels like all we ever do is cook, clean up, cook and repeat. Everyone in my house seems to be on a different meal schedule.
While I love the food, I do not want to be in the kitchen all day, nor do I want all the cleanup involved. So, a few years ago, I created the Stress-Less Thanksgiving Menu and Prep Guide, a step-by-step guide to prepping a little bit each day so that when the big day comes, you’re spending more time drinking champagne than you are cooking.
Every year, I give this menu away to everyone on my email list and this year is no exception. In fact, it seems even more important now than ever to share tools and resources to make being at home (ALL THE TIME) just a little bit less stressful.
