ICEBOX Bakery Molten Lava Cake - V-Day Special
It wouldn’t be Valentines Day without a chocolate! The ‘little black dress of cakes,’ these lava cakes from Icebox Bakery have a molten center of rich bittersweet chocolate and a silky, dense crumb. Pair with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream for a delightfully decadent finish to your meal. (They bake straight from the freezer in 20 minutes.) Two for $14.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove cake jars from freezer while your oven is preheating to 375ºF. Remove the lid, place them on a baking tray and pop them in the oven for 20-22 minutes. Done when the top of the cake looks dull and it has puffed up to about the rim of the jar. Enjoy right away.
Industry Night

Wednesday, January 25th from 5:30pm – 7pm at our Kitchen – 1301 Belmont Ave, Hood River.

Join Local Rhoots for our first Industry Night! We will be hosting monthly gatherings for those in the gorge business community to meet up, network, and learn from each other.

Free of charge and with light bites and cocktail and mocktails provided.

For our very first event, we thought it would be fun to do Network Speed Dating! What better way to get to know each other, right?! But don’t worry, no fear of rejection here. This is strictly to get to know others around the community, and perhaps a match of mutual support and collaboration can be made?!

Once you reserve your spot we will email you with a list of questions for each round of “speed dating” that are all designed from a business perspective.
