Meal Plans

Choose from Family DinnerS or Individual Lunches.

Dinners come in family portions, about 4 servings per dinner (depending on portion size).   A family with 2 adults and 2 children will probably have a portion or two left over for lunch later in the week.


Lunch Plans

Lunches come in individual portions and are ready to eat.  

Portion size ranges from 400-500 calories per lunch and includes protein, carbs and healthy fat.
