Dinner Macros

Welcome to the Local Rhoots Dinner Macros for the Level Up Challenge. Below you will find the single serving macros for each dinner. Each week, the recipes for that week are added to this page, so save the link to easily refer back.

When building your plate, divide each recipe item by the number of servings you purchased to get the macros listed below. Then adjust portion sizes as needed.

Example: The Roasted Artichoke Pepper Chicken comes with three items: 1. Artichoke Pepper Chicken, 2. Roasted Potatoes, 3. Lemon. If you purchased 6 servings, then divide each of those items by 6 plates to get the macros listed below. To increase protein, simply weigh out an individual chicken piece to get the missing macro. To decrease carbs, weigh the portioned potatoes then remove the excess portion.
